How can you tell the difference between a pulled groin and a hernia?
:- Also, I fainted because of low blood pressure yesterday from standing too fast. I was scared. :-
Pulled groin = moderate pain in your groin. Hernia = severe pain in your groin or lower abdomen, generally. Do the cough test: cup your balls and cough. If both of them jump up a bit, it's not a hernia.
Go see a doctor. I thought I had a hernia because I had a sharp pain around my balls when squatting, turned out it was a groin problem.

severe and moderate is so relative. They both jumped up a bit when I did that mini test. But it was really painful yesterday and tender to the touch. Around the testicle + the area where the thigh + pelvis meets and the top right of the pelvis. :-| I didn't even lift hard yesterday

But check with a doc to make sure I'm right.

I did squats and GM's yesterday, but not very hard. The last time my balls hurt was when I had to hold in urination for too long. I don't know if its excessive caffeine use or drinking too much water or what.

when you get a hernia doesn't a lump form? or is that just in certain cases?
do the actual balls hurt or just the groin area?
