Should I keep with my diet after getting hurt?
I was eating 3000 or so calories a day and about 250 grams of protein, and now that I broke my hand, should I continue to eat like this? I am still lifting hard three days a week, concentrating on my abs and legs. I also run a mile on those days, and usually ride my bike at a moderate pace three days a week? Should I continue to eat like this, or should I slow it down? Any help is greatly appreciated.
