what are some ab excercises besides inclined sit ups ive been doing? trying to get my six pack going..

im looking for some abs excerise as well. Probably just three-six different types to work the different three ab area.

aenz the cable kneeling crunch is makin mine explode I do those with the entire stack, leg lifts in the chairs with a 22.5 and 25lb db between my feet, and incline crunches with 25,35, and 45lb plates.

Go buy this months muscle and fitness Ab special, it has very detailed ab excercies; worth it.

reverse crunches, crunches (do them right), supermans (not ab, but core work), russian twists, scissor kicks (vert., horiz., crossing), side bends. Then lots of things with medicine balls, some require a partner though...and then lots with the cable system at the gym.

I was able to get some muscle milk for extremely cheap so I bought containers of it a month ago to take before going to bed each night. I have strawberry banana, and the flavor was quite nasty. At first it was not bad, but eventually the aftertaste just got unbearable. Is there anyone here who has had other flavors of muscle milk? If so, which are the best?

cookies and cream. Most flavours IMO taste pretty good, but the strawberry did have a really weird after taste. Even made my throat a lil funky each time. Enough that I passed a full container on to my brother.

I like to mix half chocolate milk and half banana creme. If I had to chose one flavor, it would be banana creme. Chocolate peanutbutter is way too rich for me. I got tired of cookies and creme and creme brule after a while. I get mine at 24hr fitness when it goes on sale for $19.99 :-)

Ive had a 2lb. of every single flavor they make except for Root Beer Float. My favorite would be Banana.

Big Calf muscles- Is it natural ?

Big Calf muscles- Is it natural

#1. Is it natural to have unnaturally large calf muscles? My friends keep saying my calf muscles are like major big but i haven't exercised in awhile, and i only noticed them like years ago. Is it just a natural thing or maybe due to physical activity from when i was a pee-wee? Just a wondering question.
#2: I am kinda flabby on my arms and stomach/abs. i kinda am weak seeing how girls can beat me at arm wrestling (maybe cause the bone in elbow gets pushed into table) but moving on, what are some good exercise routines i could do? i have been doing continuous pushups of 30 per day and situps/crunches 30 per day too. Any other things i can do? I am 5'3"- 5'4" weighing around 110 lb. 17 years old. should i watch my diet since i kinda am just a "eat whatever I'm given kid"
