So I have all my ingredients for my protein shake ready...


But I'm not too sure how to work out the portions. Skim Milk 100% ON Whey (chocolate) Banana Natural peanut butter Egg whites How much of what should I put in?

I tried it today and it was alright, but there were an awful lot of banana chunks. I'll try it again later without bananas.

Here's what I do: 1 cup steel cut oats, grind em up dry in the blender first (600 cals) 1.5 cups milk (blend milk and oats together) (225 cals) 3 scoops whey (330 cals+) 2 TBSP oil or pbutter (blend again thoroughly) (200 cals+) you can chug it in one go, and guess what? 1400 calories. Doesn't get cheaper or more efficient than that.

if you have banana chunks, you arent blending enough. Bananas are like the first things to go, very soft compared to other stuff (i use alot of frozen fruits in my shakes because i cant stand chocolate )
