OTers, what do you think of this routine?
Just stumbled upon it today. Seems like a pretty good strength training program. The volume seems like it may be a little high though(thoughts?). http://www.ruggedmag.com/index.php?type=Article&i=3&a=5
I thought chris's was the bill starr program?
looks like it would kick some ass.. heavy gm's after squats would rape a lesser man :-D
