Many a time I was pretty close to pulling something

i've almost pulled a hammy on regular bench. when i try to use "leg drive" i probably do it wrong. when that happens i go back to flat foot

I've had my hips cramp while flat benching.

That's a total of 15lbs since mid Feb. Feb 16th-March 16th: -5 March 17th- April 13th: -10

March 30th 226 lbs April 6th - 222 lbs April 13th - 219 lbs This is the first diet I've done that I've actually seen good progress in teh first couple weeks. I plan on maintaining 2-3 lbs a week until I get to 200 or so.

Gamblor whats your diet? I just cut out a lot of the fat. I'm eating no more than 30g of fat and keeping my cal intake around 1200, plus cardio about 3 to 4 times a week. I'm going to start weight training next week. I keep track of everything I eat (which doesn't change too much unless I'm working out that day and then I'll eat more calories/fat during the day). It's in the training log if you want to check that out.

Alright, so for the past week, every single day I've been going to bed at like 7:30 pm and waking up at 12 AM staying awake till the next day. Until yesterday when I slept at 8 AM and woke up at 9:30 PM. Now I realize that this is horrendous for my eating, but I've been managing to lift and go to classes (surprisingly). But I just feel freaking tired all day long regardless of the amount of sleep I got, if this continues for a while, would it be healthy?

So, at one point you're getting 4.5 hours of sleep each day, and yesterday you got 13.5 hours of sleep? Either way you're going to feel tired all day.

i havent been in the gym for over a week and maybe even 2...i havent counted really...but i just got back and i felt so small and so weak...i know that in a week when finals are over and i can get back on schedule everything will come back but right now i just feel terrible

i know how you feel, i hate it so bad. i only worked out twice a week for 3 weeks and i started feeling like a depressed loser, it sucked.

Man up and do it douche bag !! > Just kiddin :-p I to am sick due to the weather changing on and off. One week its 80 the next its kin the 30s next week its 70s one of these weeks hopefully it will make up its mind and stay warm
