I can be found most of the time behind a computer screen, for my study as well as for my job. What would you recommend as (an) exercise(s) to perform daily to keep fit and healthy? Something special for the back? A diet?

1. Run on the spot, knees high 30 seconds
2. Jumping Jacks 30 reps
3. Mountain climber 30-40 reps
4. Pushups 15-20 reps
5. Plank 30-60 seconds
6. Isometric Squats 15-25 reps
7. Isometric Lunges 15-30 reps
8. Rest 30 seconds and repeat.

Bang these out at work as frequently as you want and you'll burn extra calories. You don't need much room. Wear Lululemon to work and you can just jump up from your computer desk and get to work!

Work on your posture to correct your back. Keep your abs tense, shoulders rolled back and dropped, chest out.
