i have 1/3 pound beef burgers, it says 27% fat, it has 500 calories. How many of the calories/fat are burned off using a forman?

I'd say 0.5 ounces to 1 ounce depending on the weight of the burger. I was prepping meatballs and we rolled 4.5 ounces to get a 4 ounce meatball after cooking. i'll let you do the rest of the math.
