Greatest Protein Shake Ever

Greatest Protein Shake Ever

On a cheat day, so what the hell. - low fat cookies & cream ice cream - skim milk - 1 serving of peanut butter - 2 scoops of whey = The hotness.

if its on my cheat day i'd use regular icecream not low fat. but yea, i always use pb, icecream and whey to make shakes when i feel like a treat

i hate pb in my shake

And why can you only have that on a cheat day? Shit, while cutting I'd add a cup of oats to that

that doesnt sound too bad.

3 scoops vanilla ice cream 50g strawberry flavoured whey banana enough 2% milk to fill the rest = Hotness of the sun

eddscat And why can you only have that on a cheat day? Shit, while cutting I'd add a cup of oats to that shadowx On a cheat day, so what the hell. - low fat cookies & cream ice cream - skim milk - 1 serving of peanut butter - 2 scoops of whey = The hotness. .

Zaffir . Why I eat donuts while cutting.

interesting mix

I always add peanut butter when I have a blender. I will have to try it with some ice cream.

Hammer curls to build "muscle under the bi"

Hammer curls to build "muscle under the bi"

so using db's and doing hammer curls there is a muscle that wil give a larger overall appearence to the bi? is this correct or in the area?

do deadlifts

The muscle under the bi is the coracobrachialis, given its name because of its proximal insertion at the coracoid process of the scapular. Its role is flexion of the arm, it has some week adducting abilities also. I don't see any real reason that hammer curls would target this muscle. Possibly he could also meen the Brachilalis, it is responsible for flexion of the elbow. Perhaps he thinks that this muscle acts to cancel the forearm supination caused by biceps but it is unaffected by any pronation/supination of the forearm

I do hammer curls.

i know what your tryin to say. hammer curls and especially overhand curls will fill you out like i think you want.

Copy N Paste nugga

Mystery Guest Copy N Paste nugga I didn't copy/paste shit

yea i find it hard to believe any medical text online would say "week" instead of "weak."

i do a lot of hammer curls. is that why i have hotdog biseps?

Grouch i do a lot of hammer curls. is that why i have hotdog biseps? yeah, it is. btw your biseps are week

edd91 I didn't copy/paste shit Well if it wasn't then take it as a compliment

dank yeah, it is. btw your biseps are week your spelling is weak

Perhaps he thinks that this muscle acts to cancel the forearm supination caused by biceps but it is unaffected by any pronation/supination of the forearm Actually the muscle known as Biceps Brachii is the superfical muscle of the humerus and it is able to flex when the forearm is supine (when the palm of your hand faces up). Brachialis is the major forearm flexor (bends arm at elbow) and is deep to the Biceps Brachii. Brachialis would therefore be used more appropriately when the forearm is not in the supine position, and thus hammer curls would target Brachialis (the bigger of the two muscles) to a greater extent.

Gutrat your spelling is weak your sarcasm detector is busted

cunninglinguist your sarcasm detector is busted or the batteries could be low.

I disagree, in both flexion with supination of forearm and semi-pronation, the Brachialis is equally recruited, just the biceps arent recruited with supination. It is inserted at the ulna which hardly moves in supination And if you guys dont like my posts, then ok I won't answer people any more

dank yeah, it is. btw your biseps are week They are still prolly bigger than yours.

tize I like em, don't listen to mike he is just a jealous little bitch mm hmm

are whole eggs really that bad for you?

are whole eggs really that bad for you?

i see a lot of guys just eating egg whites. but then i just noticed that ceaze eats 10 eggs every morning / is that whites or the whole egg?

:cholesterol:

no, they aren't that bad for you anyone that tells you otherwise is a crybag pussy

taqman15:cholesterol: :mainstreammediahasbrainwashedyou:

shastaisforwinners:mainstreammediahasbrainwashedyou: I have a high cholesterol level

this thread needs more avs

Opi this thread needs more avs

taqman15 I have a high cholesterol level the vast majority of people are not affected by dietary cholesterol. High levels of saturated fat will have much much more of an impact on blood cholesterol levels. Sucks that you are in the minority.

shastaisforwinners the vast majority of people are not affected by dietary cholesterol. High levels of saturated fat will have much much more of an impact on blood cholesterol levels. Sucks that you are in the minority. I didn't say it was from eating whole eggs

sheesh no one can take a joke these days I eat a bunch of whole eggs daily edit: I'm eating a turkey and egg sandwich right now

christophers jokes are usually funny what you posted was not what did one tampon say to the other? nothing, they are both stuck up cunts

that was supposed to be a joke? wow

shastaisforwinners that was supposed to be a joke? wow you mentioned crybag pussy so I figured it was apporpriate

My friend's cholesterol level is 111. That may sound great, but his HDL count is 11. His whole family has a history of problems related to cholesterol, so he has to work out and get more HDL in his body, which means lots of whole eggs. Your total cholesterol means little. It's your HDL to LDL ratio that's important.

I normally eat 4 a day sometimes more. My mum has moaned about i should only eat 4 a week or something

I usually just eat whole eggs because I am far too lazy to drain the yolk out.

shastaisforwinners the vast majority of people are not affected by dietary cholesterol. High levels of saturated fat will have much much more of an impact on blood cholesterol levels. /thread

I have 2 yolks and 6 whites every morning. I skip the other four yolks because of the calories, not the cholesterol.

taqman15 what did one tampon say to the other? nothing, they are both stuck up cunts I laughed.

recently had all my levels tested....only one that was high...and way high were tri-glycerides at 259.00 Rest were all in good ranges. Good to know about the eggs, I freakin LOVE eggs hehe

If you arent counting calories, its fine.

I don't really know if eating cholest from eggs is healthy or not, but I tend to avoid it since I eat eggs nearly every day. I have like 5 egg whites each morning with a bagel or some bread.

Opi this thread needs more avs and such a nice av that that

dietary cholesterol =! blood cholesterol

I eat 6 whole eggs/day and my cholesterol levels are fine. I get blood tests done every ~6 months.

i know we have alot of plers on here, what are some other routines besides westside barbells?

linear periodization, most are based around cycles though that build up to comps

Yeah my old football routine was set up towards power and it was linear periodization. It'd be like 8 week cycles with the last week testing your 1rm.
