1fast400 is cool, but my order was stuck in customs for a long time and I wish they just got back to me. I had to do all sorts of stuff like forge a commercial invoice and what not to get it cleared. I tried emailing for support or updates on my order, but no reply. I guess its not their fault, but they could have replied back at least.

It's me. In regard to the customs issue. We supply all the invoices they need. They call us wanting more, when they have them already. We fax them, yet they lose them again. You can't possibly imagine how stupid customs people are. We put 3 copies of the invoice on every order. Why we have to do that, I have no idea.

I work with having to ship fertlizier to canada. we have to fax 3 export documents too..

I had to keep calling fedex, then the customs guy, and kept sending papers and letters. Anyways, I finally got the product minus 1 ephedrine and 2 yohimbine which they say they are going to ship back. It should be in unopened condition. (credit? I don't know how it works) I'll definitely order again, but only in America where there is no hassle with dumb laws. All my previous orders went through flawlessly.

If/When it comes back we email the person ordering. It is VERY rare they send us anything. Since you can't hold customs accountable for anything, they can/will tell you anything and everything you want to hear.

If we were one of the smaller sites, we could get away with it. Most of the companies that sell this type of thing are probably 1/4 our size. We just have to much to lose.
