For $34 shipped thats one hell of a deal. The small incriments are what really peaked my interest. I was gonna buy some of the coc grippers but I think I am gonna pick this up instead.

Large portions of grip enthusiast have it. It's a good piece of equipment. HUGE range of adjustability and you can add more springs to it. It's biggest down fall is that the handles are rather thin, flat and slick so it can be a little tough to get comfortable with. You will definitely want to wrap it in athletic tape. Most people use it for heavy negatives though by closing it with 2 hands and releasing it with 1. There are imitation ones on EBay but I have no idea on the quality of them. I wouldn't mind having one but it's not something that I really need at this time.

I had trouble getting over 4k til my stomach grew. Eventually I was making two 1100 cal shakes a day (1 cup oats, 1.5 vit d. milk, 3 scoops whey, 2 tbsp oil or pbutter) in addition to a couple good sized meals. Those shakes REALLY help. Eventually I got used to 'em and managed to eat a decent sized meal, and then throw one back right afterwards.

I just ate over 1k calories in 15 minutes, man the fuck up.

christophers when i went from 180 some to 220 i ate 6000-7000 cals a day easy everyday of "CLEAN" food. that ws too much food for me and my metabolism but still. bulking is fun shit. dieting is so fucking gay, i feel like such a girl dieting.
