Cardio after not doing anysort of cardio in 8 months


fucking sucks. I used to be able to jog about 2 miles pretty easy. Put on roughly 25lbs in those 8 months. Just started doing some jogging again last week and I can barely jog 1 mile now.

do HARD cardio for 20 minutes a day 4 times a week for the first week or two to get the metabolism going. It gets easier from there
