Is this routine fine?


Monday - Triceps, Chest, Deltoids, Shoulders Tuesday - Legs, Abs Wednesday - Biceps, Back Friday - Triceps, Chest, Deltoids, Shoulders, Abs (Anything wrong with working out Triceps, Chest, Deltoids, Shoulders twice a week while only working out the other 2 areas once a week, or should I add another Biceps, Back day in there?) On the weekends I do a lot of elliptical and bike riding up hill for extra leg exercise. Help

How long do you plan on spending in the gym on Mondays & Fridays?

Yeah, we just got engaged, and she just e-mailed me that she spent 3 hours writing a short paper night because the sparkles are distracting.

Creatine Question

This is directed more towards christophers because he made the statement, but any information is appreciated. Why should creatine not be spiked during the day? It was said that when using creatine, it should be (loaded?) to maintain high levels of creatine and cycle it. I have been taking 5g before workouts, thinking that after the workout the creatine would be depleted and there wouldn't be any excess left over, leaving my body reliant on itself for creatine production. Theres probably no need to worry about this but I'd like to know. Cliffs: Why load creatine instead of just taking it before workouts?

When a new L.A Fitness goes up, how long do they run their 'specials' for? I went and talked to the guy today (3/31) and he said it was the last day they would be running it. I told him all gyms usually run more specials and that this is their way to get ppl to sign up. He said not them, because their a 'corporation.' I gave him the Im just wondering if anyone here goes to LA Fitness, how much did you pay when you signed up? The guy quoted me $35, which is pretty good, but than said it was going to go up to like $45. If thats the case, and hes not just trying to get me 2 join, i will gladly stay at my ghetto ass gym full of geriatrics and pay my $25 a month.

just got mine in the mail. reviews in a few i got morning mix with cherry berry & nighttime mix with orange cream & a green apple bsl flavoring for misc protein i have. if anyone wants to buy a pretty much new 5lb container of ON whey, lemme know. there's atleast 4.5lbs left.

i think i watered it down too much. doesn't taste bad though. no aftertaste.

Hmm, I've been thinking of giving this a try. Could just get a bunch of the no-flavor protein and some flavors, then if I hate the flavors at least they're cheaper to buy again than the powder.

I will never order from them again and I haven't even received my order yet. I placed an order, emailed them 3 times and I didn't receive one response back. I needed to change the shipping address and it was shipped out anyway
