Im trying to get a 6 meal a day plan going on but I need some ideas here can you guys post what you eat so I can pick and choose from peoples and make one
Well my meals today were 3 double cheese burgers from Mcdonalds and a large fry, a few pieces of grilled chicken, a hamburger, about half a bag of tortilla chips and salsa, 2 banannas, and protein shake and 2 packs of fudge reeses.

Today a couple protein drinks, oatmeal, banana, apple, 2 double cheeseburgers, fries, cottage cheese, yogurt, half a pizza, 5 chicken wings, a bowl of cereal, 3 oreos and I felt like I didnt eat enough today

I woke up at 2 o clock this afternoon so I missed breakfast and my noon protein shake but for lunch Giant plate of taco salad w/ extra beef 3 pieces of pizza giant salad big bowl of frozen yogurt (chocolate/vanilla swirl) Dinner:Big plate of chicken tenders salad 2 pieces of chocolate cake And then 2 two scoop shakes and I'm about to make a taco bell run
