Any of you workout in the mornings?? There next monday for a week before heading to my brother's in Palm Springs and LA area.

What time do you usually workout? i usually go sometime after work to the evening. im flexible if we all meet up. im off work around 530 usually and it would take me probably 45min to get to san jo through traffic from walnut creek

24 hr fitness in San Jose are I liked Balleys and even Right stuff better, but I it doesn't matter to me now. Nights are the times, sometimes lunch time.
