Dragon how many calories is all that? No clue i know its about 180 g's protein tho......

protein is good, but if you need to make sure your getting a lot of calories too. you should be aiming for at least 3500cal, and that 180g of protein is only 720 calories.

If you want to get BIG you need at least 7k calories.

PurEvl you cut on fruit juice eh...apparantly our definition of cutting is very different haha, dirtysouthboy, mike, doesnt do cutting diets, all he does it cut his diet down under 3000 calories and he'll lose like 5 pounds a week, no joke, i see him everyday and i see it. he went from like 16%BF to like 11% in 2 weeks just by cutting down to like 2200 cals from 6000. he was like fuck this shit, and just started bulking again.

I got the free subscription to the new mens mag... Apparently it's not a FAG mag yet, but it's sure to be. It's got tons of stuff Filmy would like such as fashion stuff, but the important part was this.. The fitness "guru" they have. I don't have it in front of me, but the gist was "what's you opinion on weight belts" guru " They're a nice accessory, but I don't beleive that you need them. If Prada makes one, then we'll see" He's right, but reguardless.. FYI if you people who like to read during cardio haven't checked hot deals for free mag subscriptions, you should. I get like 20 now. Enough for cardio and bi-daily monster shit sessions.

At the end of UD2 Lyle mentioned that his friends at Avant Labs was creating a product called Leptigen and hopefully it would work as it claimed. He seemed rather positive torwards them. However, if you read his posts on the message board, he's really negative about Avant Labs saying all they do is put a ton of garbage in one bottle and hope it works. Then says how they base all their research on rat studies and they don't take in account for human physiology and what not. Lyle called Par a supplement conman like the rest. What happened?
