I felt it was a waste of time. You get a hell of a pump but never get any real resistance.

I'm not trying to really build, hoping it'll work with all over grip strength, and a bit of wrist rehabilitation (I had weight start to slip on a squat and decided to catch it, kinda did something to one of my wrists, a couple of months ago)

After doing a lot of research, I began taking ECY yesterday and I've had trouble falling asleep. How long does it typically take before the sleep patterns return to normal?

Lyle McDonald In general, you should make sure your last dose of ephedrine comes no later than about 6 hours before your normal sleeping time (i.e. no later than 4pm if you normally go to sleep at 10pm); the stimulant effects keep many people up. So you might take a dose at 8am upon awakening, at 12 pm, and again at 4pm (assuming a 10pm sleep time). Just spread the three doses throughout the day, assuming you can tolerate all three. Note again that the stimulant effects tend to decrease with regular use (so do the appetite blunting effects, unfortunately) but the calorie burning effects continue unabated with at least one study suggesting that they increase with regular use. My last dose is usually at 4 pm.

The only thing that makes my sleeping patterns fucked up is because I have to wake up so early to take yohimbine. Since its stacked with caffeine I can't fall back asleep. Since I can't eat anything I am hungry as shit. Hope its worth it!

Could it possibly have to do with the 25mg of E 4 hours before bed? I would take your first dose 45 minutes before lunch and your second dose 45 minutes before dinner. Although I still don't condone ECY due to its effect on the body and willpower.

I don't notice appetite suppressent effects, but I do eat a little cleaner because I want to make use of the benefits of the yohimbine. A lot of stuff on avant's board is against taking oral yohimbine, so I want to maximize effect and not need to take it for so long.

Lyle doesn't seem to be too enthralled with it either. But I have so many bottles, so I might as well use it. Damn stubburn fat.

I began adding a 3rd EC dosage today as planned and I felt slight chest pains afterwards. My heart rate was at 80 bpm though. I was kind of nervous about adding the dosage so I'm guessing it might have just been brought on by anxiety. Is this normal for the first few days with the additional dosage or should I go back to just 2 EC dosages a day? At this point, my plan is to try the 3 dosage EC schedule again tomorrow. If my body doesn't like it, I'm going back to just 2 EC dosages a day. On a related note, in the last 4 days I have lost 5 lbs. and a half inch off my waist. My energy level has been great and I don't feel fatigued or lethargic like I used to. My appetite has been much more suppresed that I had thought it would be on the stack. Believe it or not, I have to consciously remember to eat, I'm just so focused on work now I can easily forget to eat a meal since I don't really feel any hunger. Honestly, it's a little scary how effective ECY is.

I think 1g per lb is fine. If you go over that, it's fine, but I wouldn't go under on a consistent basis.

I had reaally thick hair.. A cycle of Sust. when I was youger and bad genetics = a bald head for me now. It was a great feeling once I did it, and I stopped worrying about my hair. I used spiro, minoxidil, and Propecia. They worked great, but I didn't want to use that shit for the rest of my life. Good Luck

gsteclipse97 the spiro is to block the dht and prevent shedding, minoxidil will help regrow GOOD luck.. anyways if u find it doesnt work so well for you, you can always get something with finesteride, which imo is a better way for u to go, along with minoxidil(id go with dr. lees) unless u dont care then u can get kirklands 5% online. it's very cheap(4 month supply $20). and get some nizoral 2%, 1% works fine as well.. im not shedding or losing hair yet but both my brothers have thinning hair so ive read alot and can give you some good forums if u like...

I am like every average american and my life consists of constantly being on the move. I have 2 jobs, and I go to school full time. I just recently found a gym that caters to my schedule a bit so I can go back to working out atleast 4 times a week. The problem I am having is because of I work and school I have become depended on fast food, which plus my office job, is deffinately to blame for gaining the weight. I am ususally away from my house for 12 - 15 hours at a time. What are some good non perishable foods I could eat, or things that I could easily pick up at a store. As of right now I have been depending on salads and fruit bowls and its starting to get really old. Not to mention by the time I get home at night I am so hungry I eat anything and everything in site. I dont normally have breakfast because I eat so much at night. Thanks for the help.

protein shakes, and wendy's chilli cover my 11 hour work days... If you drive a lot though you can easily keep a cooler in your trunk every day and pack plenty of healthy foods. If you have a fridge and microwave at your office you really have no excuse.

Most fat food restaurants also offer grilled chicken. I travel pretty heavy for work and eat a lot of grilled chicken breasts at KFC or Burger King and chili. Also you can buy the pre-made tuna containers that have low-fat mayo, tuna, and relish. Easy to mix up and a good 20 grams of protein. Also I carry a small duffel bag in my truck that has protein powder, creatine, vitamins, misc. pills, post-work out drinks, and a couple of shakers. All the powder stuff I put in old tupperware containers and then in a ziploc bag. That way when I am on the road and need a quick shake I have it or if I forget something I have it. Milk is easy to find and so is water.

Sounds good. I am waiting on my order from 1fast400.com and I am going to try protien shakes. I was thinking about staying away from fast food altogether because even the grilled chickens and thinkingslike that are loaded with calories. I have been having chili though. Like on the days I have no time but to get fast food I substitute chili for fries and have a diet coke. Anything is better then what I WAS eating. I was consuming up to 2200 calories per meal (not including soda) and just sitting on my ass the rest of the day. It was horrible.

bananas last a couple days and are really good. they have little tubs of chili that you can microwave. there should be some premade sandwiches at the grocery store that have some decent stuff on em. you can put chicken in tupperware and it lasts a while.

Start lugging a cooler around. I've been doing that for a couple of years now, through working retail with no refrigerator, school, and a couple of real jobs. It also helps you control what you eat since if you didn't bring it, you can't eat it. I prep all my stuff the night before so it's ready to go in the morning..usually have tuna, one meal of turkey/chicken with veggies, etc.

Tupperware is your friend.

i usually bring a few pounds of chicken in tupperware, some fruit, wheat bread and maybe tuna cans to school...i could be there from 9-14 hours unfortunately, and have to eat every 3 hours. Just cook all your meals the night before, and bring them in tupperware. Grilled chicken sandwiches from fast food places are still just shit compared to a regular chicken breast- they are also like 3 or 4 bucks which is insane.
