Which high rep, high volume or HIT?

basically high reps, short rest periods to deplete muscle glycogen, enhance fat loss, and set up for glycogen supercompensation

You're going to want to shoot for compound movements because the goal is to deplete as much glycogen as possible and compound movements hit the most muscle. I was reading UD2, that shit sounds horrible. depletion workout on low carb days. The refeeding weekends sound fun though. Tons of bread and rice and shit. He kept talking about delicious snackwells. I am doing a refeed today with sushi. ! high carb decent protein low fat

So like one day id do like high rep squats for legs and the next day id do high rep deads for legs..kinda like opposing groups for the same body part. I just did that for the bigger groups however. Like for back first day id do a pulldown motion and the next a row of some kind. That way things got rotated and I didnt die

christophers when you post things on a messageboard you subject yourself to peoples opinions. this is not going to change. people are only being honest with you, like it or not. hoewver your diet is poor anyway. too low protein. like i said, i didn't even try today..apart from the protein shake. I'm thinking I will be doing a high protein, low carb, low fat for cutting. Shake in the morning, tuna sandwich at lunch, grilled chicken dinner, shake before bed. Little snacks in between.

I've lost 13-14 lbs or so in 6 weeks. Down to 232 from 246 no closer to abs, I feel like shit all the time, I'm weak and getting weaker recovery takes forever, I feel smaller, I'm captain road rage. I can keep the diet up but I think im going to be like 220 before i'm lean like all you sexy beasts. And i'm going to be a fucking small 220.

for me, cutting sucks because you aint gaining muscle, bust your ass lifting weight just for the slim chance that you get to keep all the hard earned muscle that you gained from bulking. plus eating clean while watching the people around you feast on the most delicious of foods. that and to see your self getting smaller, you can't lift as much, always tired. blah atleast the bitches think that: 170 at 9-10% bf > 190 16-18%bf

I am starting my heavy cutting diet here in 2 weeks, next week I am getting my self prepared for it, by cutting down on my eating, getting in my workout routine, and cleaning out the junk food that is mine in my house. Is going to be a good 6 weeks though, I hope to lose 10 - 12 lbs.

Everyone wants to diet but when they find out how hard it really is an what it takes they fail over and over and over. I have been dieting for 14 weeks already and im down to 5% at 220 right now. I started at 12% and 250+ and i still had abs and was lean. This is what it takes for someone like me yet everyone here wants to do it in 4 weeks. If i am bulking, is eating alot of carbs before bed ok? I have been doing this alot lately and noticed that I have been getting alot of fat, especially in my tummy and also in my face. i hate having a pudgy face. is gaining excessive body fat a major side-effect to bulking or is there a way to bulk where i wont get a pudgy face and have fat building up around my tummy?
