What is good amount of time in between 8 week cycles of working out? 1 week? 2 weeks?

i would take at least 2 weeks off. try doing some other form of cardio for a while...it might actually help you lose more weight to switch things up

i have a wedding, rehersal and tons of stuff...this is like cheat week for me...atleast the tux had to get taken in cuz my cutting is going well

Ahaha I think I'd 'splode on that cheat meal..this one is only supposed to be *slightly* bad. So far..bbq chicken and steak and a big buttered roll. Triple-chocolate fudge cake is in the oven

just hit up a buffet while wearing sweatpants, avoid pastas and bread that'll fill you up, avoid soda so the gas doesn't fill you up, and eat tons and tons of meat and fried foods. and wash it all down with ice cream and pie

I'm gonna go to bed now I had all the steak, icecream and cake I could eat. I feel like a peapod!

they beat 1fast400 in price on the on whey 5 lb tub and 1kg mrm creatine.... by a collective 11 cents... not that much better. i'm not sure about their customer relations, but 1fast400 is great there, gives out free samples/products and is very quick about shipping. i'm pretty sure that out weighs 11 cents.

Used to. I won't knock it outright though though higher volume worked better for me. Enjoyed higher volume as well... which even Mentzer concedes is a factor to be considered.

Working out 6 days a week? In all of those days, you are working out your arms some way or another. That is a lot of arm work! You should focus more on doing exercises that focus on a lot of areas in 1 exercise.

Take out the Incline db bench, take out the bench press. Alternate Db with incline and BB each week. Same for flat. Add dips. I'll let others discuss your rep sceme. 4x25 situps 4x25 reverse crunches 4x25 crunches with a 25pd weight Just do hanging leg raises and cable crunches. Tuesday-Arms and Cardio Day Preacher Curls-4x10 alt. db curls-4x10 straight bar curls-3x10 reverse straight bar curls-3x10 tricep cable pullldown-3x10 tricep workout with db-3x10 You just worked your tri's out yesterday. Do back or something. Either way, too many bicep curls, not enough tricep movements. Do closegrip and skulls. Friday repeat of Tuesday with abs Saturday repeat wednesday cardio also Sunday Off Day So is this a good workout, Are thier any problems?
