So my CEE and ON Whey came in

I was like oh yeh im going to put the CEE directly into my mouth then drink water so I did taht shit and I almost puked all over the floor and I had a nasty taste in my mouth for a long ass time

tize ill act like i care for an av

Based on that description, I look forward to trying CEE.

pity reply actually, you mean you put the cee in your mouth with no liquid cmon now..

ew, mine gets here tomorrow.

u get used to the taste of cee after a while.

How many threads are you going to make about them?

superbri007 you guys are bitches, put 2-3 grams of CEE in a shotglass, then fill it up with water, then shoot it. on a less serious note, chase with boars blood if your animal.....are you animal? can you handle it. thats animal pak pride i need to patent the "Bitter CEE Face" instead of bitter beer face Its not that bad anymore, in fact I barely even notice taking it straight up. Although I am afraid that lemons will now taste sweet.

So my CEE and ON Whey came in

ACE certification

ACE certification

my gym is offering a ACE certification program and i was wondering is it worth it to take it? its a 12 week program and they help you study for the test.

probably the lamest certification available

im thinkin about doin it, dont think it could be that hard and maybe a job on the side.

For your information, when trying to get hired at a gym, most gyms could give a fuck if your "huge" or not, ACE is ok if your just tryin to get a PT job at a fitness or yuppie gym, its accepted by most major gyms i believe, 24hr, ballys, golds etc. Look into NASM, its a bit harder than ACE and is probably the MOST well known out of all certs.

but they dont offer that anywhere around here all they offer is ACE.

Erik_sr20 I wouldnt bother? Most ppl that want a personal trainer I dont think give a shit what certs they have, so long as they look huge right. Most of the personal trainers are skinny little girly guys that don't know a damn thing about lifting. Getting a girl more toned by doing 39484 reps of no weight

you need a 4 year+ degree to be anything in the athletic training field

well, that is where connections/networking comes in play

I'd look for a better one if you were wanting to actually learn something from this. Poloquin's certification actually looked pretty interesting/good. Though his costs like 2k.

I mean what makes you keep coming back for more in the gym. Why do you continue. What makes you tick when it comes to the gym ? I myself look up to the idea of confidence. I always think il be a much stronger person the more i continue to do this. Not just pyshically but mentally to.

Franco Columbo. "I still say I'm better than Arnold was, even if the judges in 1975 thought otherwise"

Fabian Franco Columbo. "I still say I'm better than Arnold was, even if the judges in 1975 thought otherwise" Does He still have that weird spit in his chest?

Franco had probably the best seperation between upper and lower chest than anyone back in the day. But no...he's an old dude now

don't really look up to this guy but... that's what I'd "want" to look like, definatley not his face tho

see avatar and bow down

Anyone 6'+.

i don't look up to anyone really it's just when i do stuff like pec deck i imagine someone i don't like and pretend their head is between my arms. always helps me on that last rep

Arnold & Franco

I like Franco because I too am short

Also: What a beast. Tis a shame how his career is ending

GilgaMesH Also: What a beast. Tis a shame how his career is ending Maybe I should get in the ring with him to cheer him up. Emokid

GilgaMesH What a beast. Tis a shame how his career is ending We'll see about that on June 11th.....he is going to make such a big comeback. I have my fingers crossed!

Garry Frank.

Quiksilver Garry Frank. No curl, no care

Fabian No curl, no care

Mike McDermott Yes? Does his bad acting make him any less broly? He is a previous bouncer and personal trainer, looks in fantastic shape to me.

Mike McDermott Bullshit. Nobody likes the tuna here. --- you forgot the ", asshole!"

From an athletic standpoint at least.

Quiksilver Garry Frank. I rmeber that thread posting his diet, something like 9-10k calories a day. It was alot of calories from fat, though, If I remember Arnold has made such amazing accomplishments in and outside the gym, he really is one person I will always look up too.

How can you tell the difference between a pulled groin and a hernia?

How can you tell the difference between a pulled groin and a hernia?

:- Also, I fainted because of low blood pressure yesterday from standing too fast. I was scared. :-

Pulled groin = moderate pain in your groin. Hernia = severe pain in your groin or lower abdomen, generally. Do the cough test: cup your balls and cough. If both of them jump up a bit, it's not a hernia.

Go see a doctor. I thought I had a hernia because I had a sharp pain around my balls when squatting, turned out it was a groin problem.

cavefish Go see a doctor. I thought I had a hernia because I had a sharp pain around my balls when squatting, turned out my balls were undescended. Who woulda thought?! Fixed.

severe and moderate is so relative. They both jumped up a bit when I did that mini test. But it was really painful yesterday and tender to the touch. Around the testicle + the area where the thigh + pelvis meets and the top right of the pelvis. :-| I didn't even lift hard yesterday

But check with a doc to make sure I'm right.

cavefish Go see a doctor. I thought I had a hernia because I had a sharp pain around my balls when squatting, turned out it was a groin problem. Hmm. Will do. I did squats and GM's yesterday, but not very hard. The last time my balls hurt was when I had to hold in urination for too long. I don't know if its excessive caffeine use or drinking too much water or what.

Ilyusha Groin pull - I am 99% sure. But check with a doc to make sure I'm right. thanks I was all worried last night, but I'll still try to go.

when you get a hernia doesn't a lump form? or is that just in certain cases?

do the actual balls hurt or just the groin area?

Type of training

Type of training

Generally, what is the most common type of training done in this forum? From what I see it seems like everyone is more concerend about the asthetic features of lifting (i.e. bodybuilding) rather than training to get stronger via a powerlifting approach.

eat big lift big training

brolli Generally, what is the most common type of training done in this forum? From what I see it seems like everyone is more concerend about the asthetic features of lifting (i.e. bodybuilding) rather than training to get stronger via a powerlifting approach. obviously you are not looking very hard then there are more competative powerlifters on this board than there are competative bbers

theres one competing BB'er surrounded by many powerlifters, although the BB'er is stronger mauahahahahah

PurEvl theres one competing BB'er surrounded by many powerlifters, although the BB'er is stronger mauahahahahah give me time

i can't think of many powerlifters on here

Ceaze i can't think of many powerlifters on here there's like 5 or so here

Jeg1983 there's like 5 or so here who has competed?

The type of training that will help an ugly man bang hot bitches.

Ceaze who has competed? Chris, me, grouch, there is like more that post here not so often

Jeg1983 give me time i know your coming along rather quickly while im falling apart

Jeg1983 obviously you are not looking very hard then there are more competative powerlifters on this board than there are competative bbers yeah but those are only 2 categories, what about the average joes that just wanna look good. I guess that would be under BBer category but not at a 'competative' level - but in that case, that type of training is the most popular.

brolli Generally, what is the most common type of training done in this forum? From what I see it seems like everyone is more concerend about the asthetic features of lifting (i.e. bodybuilding) rather than training to get stronger via a powerlifting approach. i train for everything.. i first started out with traditional weight lifiting. just pure weights and nothing else, not even cardio, no warm up, no cool down, no stretching, not paying attention to my diet, etc, etc. i was super fit (6 pack) still but that was because i was young! hhhahaa you can get away with anything and still can be fit as hell when you are young.. but things have changed and so as my body.. metabolism has slown down, started to see other importance of being fit and healthy rather than just for the looks. i do cardio: jogging, walking, swimming, dancing, lifefitness, precore, biking, hiking, kickboxing, anything and everything, the more selection i have the better its gonna be.. i do stretching exercises for flexibility. i do tons of functional training, balance and stability, core conditioning and strengthening, and of course, free weights.. i don't like the machines and i rarely use them.. but they are good of course if you are a beginner.
