Dianabol is used to jump start most cycles for the fact it kicks in very fast. Stength gains are awesome, weight gain is expected, yes there will be some water retention, but if you know what you're doing, there shouldn't be much.

Anyone uses a chinup bar that you put on your doorway, i need one for starting out so i dont have to do 2-3 reps at the gym . Recommends where can i get one and does it damage the side of the door? Thanks

i had one. it scratches the part that connect to the wall. i placed a few nails there in the frame as well just in case it breaks or something.

If you are over 200 lbs, might i suggest that you probably dont want to buy one of these, unless you want to replace your whole door/wall.

im close to 200 im around 185-190 i just placed a few nails on the frame. This was right at my restroom so i didnt care how the door looked.

I got one, I weight 190, no problems, and I feel comfortable jerking it around, it's solid in there, no nails or anything

my mom has had one in her doorway for about 10 years now and its perfectly sturdy. whenever i go see her i do pull ups on it and im 213, so it should hold fine, i used to hang on that shit upside down and all kinds of shit, they are awesome, just make sure its in there tight, cuz it can come loose if you twist the bar.

Perplexed the width of a door frame is more than enough to hit your lats. i knew someone would nitpick that point, which is why i made sure to use the word 'really,' as in take away more of the arm involvement and provide more lat isolation.

i'm too weak for my weight to do a pullup. and i'm not about to get one as decoration so it looks like i can.

Mine holds perfectly.. its the type that u screw 2 cups into the door frame sides.. then the bar itself will screw outwards, extending into the cups and applying pressure so that it holds firmly. It's good for doing pull ups, but your space is restricted so you can't do wide grip etc..

you're also going to need that power screwer tool..haha but yeah you can get one in big5 or something.

b-stevens How does that work? does it just hang over the door frame? one side "clips" onto the top of the door frame, the other side has two arms which "hold" onto the door frame... when you pull down on it to do pullups, the weight is distributed evenly across the door frame and bam... pullups! like i said, this is by far the best pullup bar you can get, in my opinion. cheap as hell too... $50! read the reviews on amazon if you want to hear what other people have to say. from what i saw, almost everyone gave it 5 out of 5 stars.

I vaguely recall there was a lawsuit against those door frame ones. Someone used gravity boots with them. Thing was that he had called the chin up bar manufacturers if it was safe and they said it was. Anyway he fell on his head and sued. I believe he either won or they settled.

when a lot of you guys bulk it seems like you don't really put that much on around your stomach. i want to bulk because i'm sick of having these little pussy boy arms, but it seems like my body likes to just deposit everything onto my midsection creating huge love handles. i've read all the stickies and i've frequented the forums for awhile now. i understand that you put on fat when bulking, but the main reason i don't want to bulk is because my love handles look sick enough as it is. i'd rather not give them more reason to get bigger. does clean bulking actually prevent this or is there anything i can do to combat my love handles taking on the bulk of the fat gain? i'm sure this has been answered, but i don't even know what to search for. pics for reference

I want to bulk so i can put on more muslce, but it's really difficult for me to tell myself to get fat again.

I know how you feel man because I'm cutting right now and I will through summer but I know im not gonna wanna bulk because I'll lose my pretty definition. But I know im going to have to go through with it. Thats just how that shiet goes man.

Is 2 months a significant amount of time to bulk and then cut, or should you bulk for a longer/shorter period of time? in general, 2 months is just getting your feet wet. if you've never bulked before then you probably don't have a significant amount of lean body mass to begin with, and will most likely want to bulk 12 months or more before you stop and evaluate if you're ready to cut. i was new and stupid so i only bulked for 6 months and now that i'm seeing what i'm cutting down to, i'm really starting to wish i went longer. for me its like christmas morning and i have a present in a huge box. but then i find out it was mostly just packaging and when i finally dig deep enough i find out it was just a pair of socks.

So i have been taking monohydrate, and i am nearing the end of my 1000g container. I just ordered 600g of CEE from beyond a century and i'm expecting delivery any day this week. I was wondering if i should change my dosage when going from the monohydrate to the CEE. For example a CEE loading phase in the beginning or just continue taking regular dosages. Also what would you guys suggest for a dosage (5-10g/day) and when to take it (morning/night-pre/post workout)?

so, finished my workout today, and i was completetly beat. not sure if i have allergies or am just run down, but i wasnt impressed, my stamina sucked, and my heart was pounding when i got home. so, i measured my BP. 20 mins after workout 159/90!! pulse of 110 35-40 mins after workout: 129/80, pulse of 90 damn. time for some cardio.

Just wondering if something like Designer Whey would be ok to take after weight training workouts. I'm trying to cut fat plus build muscle, so I have my cardio and weight days....would whey protein be ok after my weight workouts? thanks

christophers i am getting annoyed at the ever so increasing suggestions to lose fat first through aerobic exercise and THEN begin weight training. this is so backwards. so. very. backwards. high intensity weight lifting will: build muscle mass build strength increase fat loss improve metabolism make you look a fuck of a lot better than waiting until you're done losing fat will. just following what he said since his advice has worked for me so far and yes i'm still new to a lot of this
