muscle memory


is muscle memory legit? it sure seems to be but

details?

maybe to a certain point.

uhh what details are needed

what do you mean by muscle memory? like with your workout pattern or if you stop for a few days? im confused

yes, it's legit. I took off 3 months due to injury and dropped to 198-200 from 223. Then came back to 223 in about a month, now 227

oh trust me, i don't hesitate to believe it, i'm in the exact same boat as you. just seems like a strange physiological process. anyone have a scientific take on it?

It is easier to regain your strength/size than it is to gain them initially, but it's not because your muscles literally remember anything

i swear i knew this, the memory part was just wigging me out
