Boxing gym?
How many people here attent to a boxing gym? Currently i am a member of ballys and i would love to aquire boxing skills. Anyone here go to one? What is it like? ibthreadfailure
all gyms are different depending on where you go
you just have to go in and check them and find which suits your needs, some of them offer boxing/cardio classes where they incorporate some light boxing technique into a cardio format, kind of like tae bo or whatever...so it all depends what u want to do
