Creatine Monohydrate VS CEE? Can anyone explain the difference and sum up the pro/cons of one vs the other? From here I have read the following so far.. 1. 10x more soluble in water than creatine monohydrate. Therefore, it will absorb from the intestines better, achieving higher blood levels faster and preventing the upset stomach that some people get from monohydrate. 2. It's much more stable, won't degrade into creatinine in the stomach. 3. You bloat with monohydrate and do not with CEE Pardon my lack of intellgence, but what does it look/feel like to bloat? Feels like you have eaten too much? Thanks

What else do you need to know, there are like 11ty billion threads on this topic in this forum alone.

CEE is better than mono because I haven't tried mono and am saying this based only on like 3 weeks of CEE usage and have no other clinical facts to prove this whatsoever. So order CEE today.

CEE is mono that is esterfied. It make the creatine able to dissolve completely in water, making it better absorbed and effective at lower doses. Not many studies have been done on cee...but the results speak for themselves imo. I get mine from customnutritionwarehouse because they test every patch they get for purity, because there has been an issue with fake cee.

Anyone participating in this? I signed up this morning, this will be my first time running anything longer than 5km. I started training for it yesterday based on the 5 week training program provided. It's $50 to sign up and you get 2 dri-fit shirts (one for training and one for the race) among other things. There's lots of festivities over on the island, so it seems like it would be pretty fun. Just up this 50lb puppy at the post office. It turned out to a beastly thing to carry. The corners give no grip at all as pulls away like cloth, so i ended up carrying it one hand under the box and one hand over to keep its position. It was the longest 1km walk in my life... i dont think my biceps survived So I opened up the box and am greeted with a face full of chocolate powder. I guess they forgot to close the cap as the empty bottle was in one corner and the cap in the other. They gave me a crap load of choclate (to clean up after) but I only got 50g each of the other flavours. I end up mixing the entire banana bottle with just 4lb of whey. I can smell the banana but no taste at all... tastes just like plain. It mixes very well as does all instanized protein. Also, the big bags of whey were closed with a plastic tie cord thing that I just pulled off by twisting. It's a miracle I didn't get a box full whey powder in my face too. I also picked up some chocolate powder from the bottom of the box (about 50g worth) and stuffed it in my mouth because i'm an idiot like that. Tasted chocolately I don't see how it can flavour more than 1lb of whey though Costco is selling 6lb of whey for $30... wish I gone for that



Time to email them those pics and get some sort of a refund

For one, Both of the BSL orders that I have recieved were very bland, and just as expensive if not more than the real BSL back in the good ole days. next, it took them 3 days to ship out both of my orders which isnt what im looking for in a good company. vettedude had ordered something on here that ended up taking 1 month to be delivered to his house, he told me the customer service was horrible....most of the time he couldnt even reach someone to talk to and when he did they pretty much just said they'd ship it out ASAP. ASAP to them was 3 weeks. i dont mean to bash the company all together, but TP < * in my book

I used to be an agro skater. Id skate every day for 6 hours or so in the summer. My legs and abs were crazy Though I doubt youll be jumping onto any rails or crazy business like that.

Do you have to say TONE in every god damn post. NO, it will not TONE your muscle. You will lose weight, uncovering what muscle you may have underneth -- giving the appearence of TONAGE (lol?). It is good cardio though (good on the knees), depending on your entensity.

sr20wop just go to a damn gym I can't stand doing cardio in a gym so I normally rollerblade 2-3 times per week during the summer. Yes it is one hell of a workout if you make it. Actually a girl I work with use to speedskate and her and I would go every weekend and not quit till someone gave up. Some days we would end up doing 20+ miles. If you really want some fun basically skate upright for a couple of minutes and then crouch and try and get as far of a kick as possible for a minute or so and as hard as you can. If you have a friend who bikes try and draft them. Did that with a buddy of mine who raced and I could barely breath after a couple of miles. What muscles you work depend on your stance very similiar to an efx machine. If you are low you are going to notice it more in the whole leg if you are upright more in the middle of your legs.

I started rollerblading 12 years ago it was a b-day present from my parents since I wanted something else to supplment my cycling. I basically have sticked with rollerblade brand the whole way. Right now I am on the Rollerblade Aero 2 got an awesome deal on them at a local sporting store that stopped carrying the rollerblade brand. The only problem I have is the boot is uncomfortable and almost makes my foot go numb but after a couple of miles almost like it breaks in and I don't have a problem. I use to have K2 and that was a nice boot. If I could take the Aero 2 skate and add the K2 boot it would have been perfect. What you got?

Had a couple sets of wheels and bearing that I would switch depending if I was doing x-training, aggressive, or even playing hockey. God I miss that skate but man it would get hot. Ton of armor on it. Tore through grindplates like it was nothing.

jshively What you got? I have the Rollerblade Lightning 09 2004 model, had them for about a year. They're a five-wheel skate, built for fitness/speed. The boot is amazing, and even after a long (15-20 mile) skate, I hardly feel like I had them on. The only downside to having skates with such a long frame is that you can't do too many 'fun' things, other than going 25-30mph. They just aren't that agile. Plus, you have to pay to play: when my bearings wore out, it cost over $100 to replace them.
