the type you hook on a chin bar... how much do they go for? And are they worth it or not?

i was also curious about those things

I was recommended to get an inversion table for the lower back but I figure the g-boots would also allow me to do some exercises.

I would be afraid of the boots coming unhooked and falling, I've seen someone using them before though, look like they'd be a good exercise

i finally assembled my gravity table and started using it. i haven't gone to full inversion yet, but even at a 30 degree angle it really does help both my lower back and neck. the model i got is called teeter hangups f5000 i think and i had the option to get the gravity boots with it for 80 bucks more but i didn't. if you can, i would get a table over the boots timberwolf, the flexiblity of choosing your angle of inversion and the safety make it worth it to me.

Jump up and wrap your legs around the guys waist with your hands around his neck. Let go of his neck, lower down and touch your head to the ground then go up and touch your head to his chest. If you can't do them by yourself grab onto his hands for a little extra help...this is more sport specific as it really works your legs to hold onto the other person, similar to keeping them in your guard on the ground.

Ha Ha. This thread is hilarious. On a serious note, I used gravity boots for a long period of time and they were absolutely amazing. You can work so much more and through a far greater field of motion. I wish I owned some.

when I grew in weight I got them on my sides. but now they're gone. it takes a couple years. some kind of silicone gel or cream helps speed that up

Its meant to reduce scaring, its worth asking your doc about next check up.

I've have them from working out my chest, right between my shoulders and my Pecs. I noticed them when I was 16 and they just kept getting bigger as I kept working out, five years later there starting to fade, but still noticeable. I heard Mederma works good on stretch marks, but it's expensive and you have to use it 3-4 times a day for 8-12 weeks.

if yours went away, you obviously dont have the stretch marks we are talking about... Mine were so large at one point that they ripped open a bit. Now in that area the skin feels very thin, as if the lower layers arent really there.

crazy, I have like zero stretch marks. maybe certain skin types are more prone.

I started taking this shit yesterday, we'll see how it goes. CEE still tastes like rotten asshole even in OJ, but I just down it as quick as possible.

I have been taking CEE for a few days and I don't notice much in terms of looks, but I do feel like I get more out of each workout. It may be a placebo effect, so we'll see.. I don't mind the taste - I put it in a bit of water and drink it like a shot.

Repped 100 3x on flat bench today, I was happy. I broke 90's 3 weeks ago and, on the first attempt, dropped one of the 90lb dumbbells out of my left hand (elbow couldn't take it), picked them up again and repped 4.



I've found it's easier for my elbows to have the weight laying on my chest as I lay down and then use solely my arms to spread out. Before, I was kicking the db's off my thighs as I was laying down and I think the force of slowing the weight down to counter gravity while getting set up was what was fucking with my elbows.

7th Ninjai Repped 1000 30x on flat bench today, I was happy. ChosenGSR I usually do 70s for incline press after I do BB flat I stopped doing barbell indefinitely. My numbers (stopped a ~month or so ago) were 225lbs 5x, 265max on flat. When I first started flat db several months ago, I had trouble with anything beyond 75lbs but I seem to be improving faster as I am focused on it now. My incline is still lacking, I can only get 85 4x on the last set. I tried flat BB last week to see if I had lost strength there, I had trouble pushing 205 6x

I usually hold them on the inside of the DB (hands as close as they can be), put the DBs on my knees and roll back so that they are already up in the air.. keep everything as tight as I can and it usually works out fine from there...

I usually eat 1-2 meals per day and usually unhealthy(burgers etc). What are some ok places for a picky eater to try and change up my mentality.

Honestly, if you want a healthy place to eat and you're picky (I'm assuming you're wanting to lose weight) you have no other choice than to make a life change and start learning how to cook and eat healthy.

christophers whats wrong with some sodium, its actually beneficial to athletes/bb'rs pre contest diet guru scot abel suggested 2g per liter of water consumed daily it strongly varies by person. If you were to eat a couple of those subs a day that would add up quick, + all the sodium from the other BS. Not everyone on here the lifts is an athlete. Some might lift and sit in a office all day, therefore not needing the surplus of sodium

I don't have any reputable places to search. I searched yahoo for some links, there's tons of newspaper articles and shit, but no studies to back it. basically acclude, what you need to do is stop being lazy, go to the grocery store, buy tons of healthy food, and buy some of those cheap tupperware to take along and make meals, lots of them at night and bring food with you in a plastic sack. i do it everyday as well as many people on this board do.

ON is your best bet for price since BSL bit the dust...ive heard most people liking vanilla and strawberry too from ON. i recently got hooked on syntrax nectar, its more expensive though, mucle milk is good too.

I am taking it right now and it's not bad at all, I do belive it mixes better than the chocolate one.

ON tastes like watered down <insert flavor>... The only Protein powder I've tried and liked is Muscle Milk with Myoplex being second. I just got a tub from True protein and it tastes like ON, based on flavor alone there is nothing special about it & its the same price if not more expensive than ON.
