How get nice looking Six pack
I want to get a nice looking six pack where the abs are even and not where one is lower and one is a bit higher when they're both supposed to be at the same level, I already have like a 2 pack, that came in like 2-3 weeks of a few side-bends, cruches, kick-ups, scissors, and leg raises.
I have been doing that lil' work out for a bout 2-3 weeks about 4-5x each week for about 10 minutes.
So that's my question how can I get abs that are even..
Genetics will dictate whether your abs are at level, a perfect looking six pack is purely genetics. If you can see a 2 pack then you're close. Keep the cardio consistent at 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening and you should see your abs in 4 weeks.
Train your abs by doing upper and lower ab exercises every day or for at least 4-5 days per week.
I find doing leg raises off of a regular flat bench with my butt right at the edge is the way to go. This exhausts my lower abs and I do 40-50 reps for 4-5 sets.
I like to do full sit ups, really, really slowly with my feet not hooked under anything at all. Just me on a yoga mat, body free of anything.
I'll finish with weighted crunches holding the dumbbell on my chest to thicken up the muscles.
I'm always changing the routine though, the weight I use and the reps I do.
