Easy Fat Burning Tips
Please do NOT follow this tip if you: suffer from depression and/or taking anti-depressants; diagnosed with ADHD; or have any heart aliments.
Before I do my workout I take:
48 mg of Ephedrine (4, 8 mg tabs)
200 mg of Caffeine
1 A.L.A. (Alpha Lipoic Acid) capsule, 100 mg
1 teaspoon of L-Glutamine powder
and on alternating months I'll use 1 mL of Clenbuterol
My heart races, I feel like I'm in heaven and the workouts are a blast. I take the above stack twice a day, never before going to sleep!
If the shakiness and tremor-like feeling disappears it's time to go off for a month.
Clenbuterol is not sold in stores, I get mine prescribed by my doctor. It's not necessary for you to take it, the stack still works. Clenbuterol has a myriad of side effects in some people, including cardiac arrest - if you're doctor isn't willing to prescribe it to you don't do it.
The Ephedrine and Caffeine get my heart rate up and is supported by the ethos of the Exercise Sciences department at UofT where I'm studying for my post-graduate. I caution you to start off slowly, start with one dose not 2 like me for the first few weeks.
Other people stack Ephedrine and Caffeine with either Yohimbe or 1 Aspirin.
When following a clean diet, working out with weights 1 hour a day and doing 1 hour of cardio a day you want to keep your body burning fat with some supplements. I wanted to share with you what works for me and what science agrees with.
